This is an exercise in equal conditions, to measure the time it takes to boot a program since the click on the icon until it is running.
For comparison purposes, I used the one that starts in less time, and then a value that acts as an indication (rounded) of the times the quantity is lower with regard to that. It is not intended to draw conclusions, since my poor machine is heavily loaded with programs, but certainly, they are all measured on equal terms.
Windows XP Professional, Intel Core 2 Duo, with 2.19 Ghz and 1 GB of RAM.
Sure there are specific details that would justify the delay of a few, but I leave it to their free will. They remain outside TatukGIS and ArcGIS which I wanted to include, but are not installed.
